RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize your expertise in insurance products and industry trends to engage directly with clients, understanding their unique needs.
- Strategically convert leads into loyal customers by effectively marketing tailored products and services that deliver maximum value.
- Collaborate with our team to develop innovative strategies and set achievable quotas that drive our agency's growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dynamic and Driven: We’re looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are passionate about making an impact.
- Relationship Builders: A strong commitment to nurturing client relationships and playing an integral role in our agency's success.
- Excellent Communicators: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and team members. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are highly preferred!
- Organized Multitaskers: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued!
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 1241 Highway 138 SW, Riverdale, GA 30296.
- Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. .
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Saint Leo University.
